Books for the Next Generation of Feminists

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, feminist, jurist, social justice advocate, Jewish-American heroine, daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, crusader for oppressed and vulnerable Americans, has died. There have often been questions about why so many children’s books have been dedicated to her life and legacy. I can only respond to the implicit question of why she was the focus of a seemingly disproportionate number of biographies the way that Ruth did when asked how many women would be enough on the Supreme Court (nine).
